These terms govern use of the Server X Store website, Client Area, and the digital subscriptions and services offered through them.
Acceptance
By using the website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these terms and to information shown during checkout. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Account and information
You are responsible for accurate information, protecting sign-in details, and activity through your account. Notify Support if you suspect unauthorized use.
Subscriptions and orders
The product page shows the available subscription term, price, and billing cycle. The WHMCS order, invoice, and service details govern the specific transaction. These terms do not create renewal or refund rights not shown in the order.
Billing and payment
Billing and payment use the options presented during checkout. Review displayed amounts, currency, and fees before continuing. This page does not alter WHMCS calculations or a payment provider’s terms.
Acceptable use
Use the account and service lawfully and securely. Do not misuse the platform, bypass service limits, seek unauthorized access, disrupt systems, or publish login details.
Availability and support
Services, apps, and content may be affected by operational or external factors. This page does not guarantee continuous availability, quality, or specific content. Use Help and Downloads, then open a support ticket when needed.
Suspension and termination
An account or service may be restricted for misuse, security risk, or unmet order or payment requirements, consistently with the actual account state and applicable records.
Intellectual property
Platform names, branding, design, and owned content remain protected for their respective owners. The service does not grant a right to copy or resell anything you are not authorized to use.
